Petr Cech insisted he chose to remain at Stamford Bridge and is ready to fight for the number 1 in the starting lineup Jose Mourinho's side. 

Cech's future at Stamford Bridge could be a question on this summer after Thibaut Courtois, goalkeeper Chelsea last season brilliantly as a loan at Atletico Madrid goalkeeper, back to Stamford Bridge.

"I will stay at Chelsea, it is for sure. I really was not thinking there would be two great goalkeepers in Chelsea. It actually makes me more motivated," said Cech to Ekipa24. 

"You always have to fight if you want to be at a great level. And it's not just for Courtois and me, even Matej Delac show that it is also a good goalkeeper," he continued.
