Manchester United's new manager, Louis van Gaal, given the tough task to bring the Red Devils into a strong contender Premier League title next season. However, these targets are not without help.

In order to achieve the target, the club management has set aside up to 150 million Pounds or Van Gaal 2.8 billion in order to build a team in the summer transfer window, reports the Guardian.

Van Gaal was unveiled as manager of Man. United on Monday (19/5) with a caretaker manager last season, Ryan Giggs, now designated as one of three assistants.

The Dutch coach said that one reason he was chosen as Man. United want to restore their status as one of the top teams England, after the season 2013/2014 collapsed with David Moyes.
