Champions of Ligue 1, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), reportedly raising bid for Chelsea winger, Eden Hazard, to 50 million euros. 

The Belgium international has been linked repeatedly this is the move towards PSG. In fact, the French media, L'Equipe claims that Le Parisiens Hazard makes them prime targets.
